Nick Woodward, on behalf of Abodie Properties, LLC, is requesting a variance from Section 36-438 of the Edina Zoning Ordinance to allow an 11-foot side street setback for a second story addition at 5801 Fairfax Avenue. The required side street setback is 15- feet.
The variance is to allow the construction of a second-story addition to be added on top of the existing house and a first floor attached garage addition. The existing first floor has an existing 11-foot side street setback.
