Public Hearing: sign variances for monument height and size of allowable building signage at 7201 Metro Boulevard

The proposed variance request was denied by the Planning Commission on May 12th. The applicant has appealed the decision made by the Planning Commission. The City Council will hold a public hearing on the appeal on June 1st. City Council took action on the request at their June 15th meeting and the variance was approved 5-0.

David Little, HGA, has submitted an application for sign variances at 7201 Metro Boulevard. The request is to allow a monument sign adjacent to HWY 100 to be 20 feet tall and the building signage allowance to be up to 150 square feet per elevation allowed signage. 7201 Metro Boulevard is zoned POD-2, Planned Office District.
