Winter wrap up, spring planning

As we close out for the winter, here are the issues we're closing and those that will wait until the Spring;

Closed out

• Culvert, utilities, and road base
• Soil filled rock riprap
• Seeding and erosion control blanket is in place
• Temporary barriers and marking at creek crossing
• Base
• Temporary pavement on the road and at 3 driveways

Still to close

• Street light repair (working with Xcel)

Spring list

• Manhole grouting & pipe lining or manhole replacement and new 48"
  pipe
• Sign installation
• Curb, 2nd layer of pavement
• Remove temporary barriers and install guard rail
• Minor restoration, minor yard / rut repair
• Tree planting
• Irrigation repair
