Cahill Update

Bolton & Menk has been selected as the consultant to work with the Working Group on developing the Cahill Area District Plan. We are very excited and fortunate to have their assistance on this project! The team includes members with strong familiarity of the Cahill District having worked on both the 70th and Cahill Small Area Plan, as well as the Comprehensive Plan. Haila Maze will be the team’s project manager. Other members of the team will bring expertise in the areas of urban design, land use, green infrastructure, transportation, economic development, and community engagement. A copy of their proposal can be found under the “Documents” section of this page. The first Working Group meeting with the Bolton & Menk team will be held in May. Stay tuned for additional updates and engagement opportunities this summer.
