4215 Country Club Road-Changes to Street Facing Facade

4215 Country Club Road is located on the south side of Country Club Road, east of Drexel Avenue and west of Casco Avenue. The existing home was built in 1937. The COA application is for proposed changes to the street facing facade which includes the addition of three gable end attic dormers.
