4509 Bruce Avenue-New Detached Garage

4509 Bruce Avenue is on the west side of Arden Avenue, north of Bridge Street and south of Sunnyside Road. The existing two-story American Colonial Revival home was built in 1927. The certificate of appropriateness request is for a newly constructed two car detached garage. 

This project will be reviewed by the Heritage Preservation Commission at the July 14th meeting.
