4604 Browndale Avenue-Changes to the approved COA

This item was continued to the January 9th HPC meeting.

Staff was notified that the as-built elevations of the project at 4604 Browndale do not match the plans previously approved with the original certificate of appropriateness. The property owners were notified, and are requesting the HPC approve the elevations as built. The change from the original COA elevation is to some of the tile detailing and the metal window box details on the street facing facade.
