4619 Edina Boulevard-Covered Front Entry

4619 Edina Boulevard is located on the east side of Edina Boulevard, just north of the intersection of Edina Boulevard, Country Club Road and Moorland Avenue. The existing home on the lot is a two story Mediterranean style house built in 1928. The applicant is requesting a certificate of appropriateness for the addition of a covered entry over the existing front door. This project is on the April 8th HPC agenda.
