4623 Wooddale Avenue-Changes to Street Facing Facade

4623 Wooddale Avenue is located on the east side of Wooddale Avenue, just north of Country Club Road. The existing two story American Colonial Revival home was built in 1936. In 2015, a certificate of appropriateness was approved for a flat roof covered entry. In February, staff received a complaint that work was being done to the covered entry of the home without being reviewed by the HPC. The contractor was notified that a certificate of appropriateness is required for a new covered entry. The certificate of appropriateness is for the newly constructed covered entry. 

This project will be reviewed by the Heritage Preservation Commission on June 10th.
