4630 Edgebrook Place-Changes to Street Facing Facade

4630 Edgebrook Place is located on the west/south side of Edgebrook Place. The existing two story Colonial Revival home was built in 1935. The certificate of appropriateness request is for changes to the street facing facade. The proposed changes include a new stoop and an arched door at the front entry, a garage addition and an extended roofline on the main roofline above the garage, egress windows with larger openings above the existing garage, and a shortened hip roof above the garage door. The project also includes an addition off of the rear of the existing house. The proposed addition requires a side yard setback variance that will be reviewed by the Planning Commission on Wednesday, August 13th. The proposed variance application can be viewed here
