Construction Update - 10/25/2024

PLEASE consistently check your front door daily for time sensitive notifications. All updates below are scheduled for the week of 10/28 and are WEATHER PERMITTING.

• Sod installation will be completed the week of 10/28. See written tips for care of your new sod here and a video here.
• Dave’s Irrigation continues irrigation repairs.
• Paving the final layer of asphalt on the remainder of the street is tentatively scheduled for 11/1.
• Sawing and sealing joints in the new asphalt will occur the week of 11/4.
• Sign installation will be completed the week of 11/4.
• Please continue to park vehicles in driveways to prevent construction interruptions.
