Construction Update - 10/4/2024

PLEASE consistently check your front door daily for time sensitive notifications. All updates below are scheduled for the week of 10/7 and are WEATHER PERMITTING.

• Sod installation is scheduled to begin on 10/7.
• Boulevard excavation and topsoil installation are ongoing.
• Sign installation continues.
• Dave’s Irrigation continues irrigation repairs.
• Castings are being raised throughout the project in preparation for final paving.
• Please continue to park vehicles in driveways to prevent construction interruptions.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access.

US Internet

US Internet began installing fiber optic lines in the City right of way. Completion is expected this fall. Residential internet service likely will not be available until 2025. US Internet contact information can be found on the construction flyer.

Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We have encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
