Construction Update - 11/1/2024

PLEASE consistently check your front door daily for time sensitive notifications. All updates below are scheduled for the week of 11/4 and are WEATHER PERMITTING.

• Sod installation is complete. See written tips for care of your new sod here and a video here.
• Sign installation will be complete the week of 11/4.
• Dave’s Irrigation continues irrigation repairs.
• Paving the final layer of asphalt on the remainder of the street is tentatively rescheduled for the week of 11/4 due to weather.
• Sawing and sealing joints in the new asphalt will occur following the final layer of asphalt paving.
• Please continue to park vehicles in driveways to prevent construction interruptions.
