Construction Update - 5/24/2024

As construction begins in your phase, PLEASE consistently check your front door daily for time sensitive notifications.

Phase 1: W 64^th St, Millers Ln, and Rose Ct

• The first layer of asphalt paving is complete.
• Excavation in preparation for topsoil installation will begin the week of 5/27.
• A select number of trees will be removed or trimmed on the south side of W 64^th St for the new sidewalk installation during the week of 5/27.

Phase 1: Concord Ave

• Completion of water service installation will occur the week of 5/27.
• Temporary above ground water system will be removed the week of 5/27.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.
• Roadway excavation and grading work on Concord Ave will continue the week of 5/27.
• A select number of trees will be removed on Concord Ave on Wednesday, 5/29.

Phase 2: Ashcroft Ln

• Driveway removals related to temporary water system installation will continue the week of 5/27.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

Phase 2: W. 63^rd St, Garrison Ln, Nancy Ln, St. Johns Ave south of Garrison Ln, and Wooddale Ave – Work tentatively scheduled to begin early July.

• A select number of trees will be removed Wednesday, 5/29 in concurrence with Phase 1 tree removals.

Phase 3: W. 62^nd St, Ashcroft Ave, St Johns Ave north of Garrison Ln, and Virginia Ln – Work tentatively scheduled to begin early August.

• A select number of trees will be removed Wednesday, 5/29 in concurrence with Phase 1 tree removals.

Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We have encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
