Construction Update - 5/3/2024

As construction begins in your phase, PLEASE consistently check your front door daily for time sensitive notifications.

Phase 1: Concord Ave, W 64^th St, Millers Ln, and Rose Ct

• Removals including curb and gutter, driveways, and landscaping will continue into the week of 5/6. A select number of trees will be removed as well.
• Watermain work on Millers Ln, Rose Ct, and W. 64^thSt. will be complete the week of 5/6, including removal of the temporary water system.
  • Check your front door for notification of transitioning from the temporary to permanent water service.
• Temporary above ground water main setup is complete on Concord Avenue.
  • Bituminous Roadways delivered notifications to Concord Ave residents to set up temporary water service.
  • If your home has not been set up by 5/3, please reach out to Jake Evertz with Bituminous Roadways at (651) 600-9120 to avoid interruptions in your water service.
• Watermain work on Concord Ave is scheduled to begin on 5/6.
• Storm sewer work on W. 64^th St will continue into the week of 5/6.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

Phase 2: W. 63^rd St, Ashcroft Ln, Garrison Ln, Nancy Ln, St. Johns Ave south of Garrison Ln, and Wooddale Ave – Work tentatively scheduled to begin early July.

• A select number of trees will be removed in concurrence with Phase 1 tree removals.

Phase 3: W. 62^nd St, Ashcroft Ave, St Johns Ave north of Garrison Ln, and Virginia Ln – Work tentatively scheduled to begin early August.

• A select number of trees will be removed in concurrence with Phase 1 tree removals.

Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We have encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
