Construction Update - 5/31/2024

As construction begins in your phase, PLEASE consistently check your front door daily for time sensitive notifications. -


Phase 1: W 64th St, Millers Ln, and Rose Ct

  • Asphalt driveways are scheduled to be replaced Monday, 6/3.
  • Excavation in preparation for topsoil installation will continue into the week of 6/3, weather permitting.
  • A select number of trees will be removed or trimmed during the week of 6/3 on the south side of W 64th St for the new sidewalk installation.


Phase 1: Concord Ave

  • Water service installation is complete.
  • Crews are onsite removing temporary water from homes. If you have not been contacted, please reach out to Brandon Freeman at 952-826-0448.
  • Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.
  • Roadway excavation and grading work will continue the week of 6/3.
  • A select number of trees will be removed on Thursday, 6/6.


Phase 2: Ashcroft Ln

  • Temporary water line installation began in preparation for the new water main installation.
  • Notifications will be sent out the week of 6/3 to get homes set up with temporary water.
  • Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.


Phase 2: W. 63rd St, Garrison Ln, Nancy Ln, St. Johns Ave south of Garrison Ln, and Wooddale Ave – Work tentatively scheduled to begin early July.

  • A select number of trees will be removed Thursday, 6/6 in concurrence with Phase 1 tree removals.


Phase 3: W. 62nd St, Ashcroft Ave, St Johns Ave north of Garrison Ln, and Virginia Ln – Work tentatively scheduled to begin early August.

  • A select number of trees will be removed Wednesday, 6/6 in concurrence with Phase 1 tree removals.


Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We have encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
