Construction Update- 6/28/2024

As construction begins on your street, PLEASE consistently check your front door daily for time sensitive notifications. All updates below are scheduled for the week of 7/1 and are WEATHER PERMITTING.
Crews will not be working onsite Thursday, 7/4 or Friday, 7/5. Happy 4th of July!
Traffic Update
- Expect delays driving on Concord Avenue during concrete installation. We recommend using alternate routes during the week.

W 64th St, Millers Ln, and Rose Ct
- Irrigation repairs began. If your system has not been repaired, please reach out to Brandon Freeman.
- Excavation in preparation for topsoil installation will continue following completion of irrigation repairs.
- Concrete sidewalk installation on W 64th St. has been tentatively rescheduled for the week of 7/1.
Concord Ave
- Concrete curb and gutter installation, closely followed by concrete driveway installations has been tentatively rescheduled for Monday, 7/1. This work is tentatively scheduled to be completed by Wednesday, 7/3.

Ashcroft Ln
- Water service installation work will continue the week of 7/1.

St. Johns Ave south of Garrison Ln
- Water service installation is scheduled to begin the week of 7/8.
- Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.
W. 63rd St, Garrison Ln, Nancy Ln, and Wooddale Ave – Work tentatively scheduled to begin early July.
- Temporary above ground water lines have been installed in preparation for the upcoming water main installation.

W. 62nd St, Ashcroft Ave, St Johns Ave north of Garrison Ln, and Virginia Ln – Work tentatively scheduled to begin early August.
Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We have encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
