Construction Update - 6/7/2024

As construction begins in your phase, PLEASE consistently check your front door daily for time sensitive notifications. All of the updates below are weather permitting.


Phase 1: W 64th St, Millers Ln, and Rose Ct

  • Irrigation repairs are scheduled to begin the week of 6/10.
  • Excavation in preparation for topsoil installation will continue into the week of 6/10.
  • Sidewalk installation on W 64th St is scheduled for the week of 6/17.


Phase 1: Concord Ave

  • Temporary above ground water lines have been removed from homes.
  • Sump line installation will begin the week of 6/10.
  • Roadway excavation and grading work on the west side of Concord Ave will continue the week of 6/10.
  • Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.


Phase 2: Ashcroft Ln

  • Temporary above ground water main setup is complete. If you have not scheduled a time to have your home switched to temporary water, please contact Brandon Freeman 952-826-0448.
  • Sump line installation will begin the week of 6/10.
  • Installation of the new water main will begin the week of 6/10.
  • Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.


Phase 2: W. 63rd St, Garrison Ln, Nancy Ln, St. Johns Ave south of Garrison Ln, and Wooddale Ave – Work tentatively scheduled to begin early July.

  • Temporary above ground water lines have been installed in preparation for the upcoming water main installation.
  • The intersection of St Johns Ave and Garrison Ln will be closed for one day late during the week of 6/10 for water main repairs. Please be aware of road closed ahead signs and use alternative routes.


Phase 3: W. 62nd St, Ashcroft Ave, St Johns Ave north of Garrison Ln, and Virginia Ln – Work tentatively scheduled to begin early August.

Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We have encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
