Traffic Update

W 64th St, Millers Ln, Rose Ct

• Excavation in preparation for topsoil is occurring sporadically.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.
• Watermain lining at the intersection of W 64th St / Ashcroft Ln is scheduled for the week of 8/19. Please use alternate routes.

Concord Ave, Ashcroft Ln, W. 63rd St, St. Johns Ave (South of Garrison Ln), Virginia Ln

• Excavation in preparation for topsoil and retaining walls is occurring sporadically.
• Irrigation repairs continue on Concord Ave. Dave’s Irrigation will begin doing irrigation repairs on the remainder of the streets.
• Please continue to park vehicles in driveways to prevent construction interruptions.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

Garrison Ln, Nancy Ln, Wooddale Ave

• Removal and replacement of poor soils in preparation for curb and gutter will continue.
• Curb and gutter installation is tentatively scheduled for 8/23.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

W. 62nd St, Ashcroft Ave, St. Johns Ave (North of Garrison Ln)

• Installation of the new watermain continues.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We have encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
