Traffic Update

Millers Ln, and Rose Ct

• Excavation in preparation for topsoil is occurring sporadically.

W 64^th St

• Sidewalk installation west of Ashcroft Ln.

Concord Ave

• Excavation in preparation for topsoil and retaining walls is occurring sporadically.
• Irrigation repairs continue.
• Please continue to park vehicles in driveways to prevent construction interruptions.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

Ashcroft Ln, W. 63^rd St, St. Johns Ave (South of Garrison Ln), Virginia Ln

• Driveway access restoration will occur.
• Concrete curb will continue Monday, 8/5 on Ashcroft Ln and St Johns Ave
• Roadway preparation for asphalt paving.
• The first layer of asphalt paving is tentatively scheduled for Friday, 8/9.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

Garrison Ln, Nancy Ln, and Wooddale Ave

• Installation of the new water services will continue.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

W. 62nd St, Ashcroft Ave, St. Johns Ave (North of Garrison Ln)

• Temporary water setup in preparation for water main replacement will continue.
• The Contractor will send out notifications to coordinate a time to connect homes to temporary water.

Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We have encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
