Crews will not be working during the Monday, 9/2 Labor Day holiday. PLEASE consistently check your front door daily for time sensitive notifications. All updates below are scheduled for the week of 9/2 and are WEATHER PERMITTING.

Concord Ave, Ashcroft Ln, W. 63rd St, St. Johns Ave (South of Garrison Ln), Virginia Ln, W 64th St, Millers Ln, Rose Ct, Garrison Ln, Nancy Ln,

• Excavation in preparation for topsoil and retaining walls is occurring sporadically.
• Dave’s Irrigation will continue doing irrigation repairs throughout the project.
• Please continue to park vehicles in driveways to prevent construction interruptions.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

Wooddale Ave

• Excavation in preparation for sidewalk installation on Wooddale Ave.
• Excavation in preparation for topsoil is occurring sporadically.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

W. 62nd St, Ashcroft Ave, St. Johns Ave (North of Garrison Ln)

• Installation of new water services will continue into the week of 9/2.
• Storm sewer installation at the intersection of St. Johns Ave and W 62nd St
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We have encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
