Construction Update - 8/9/2024

PLEASE consistently check your front door daily for time sensitive notifications. All updates below are scheduled for the week of 8/9 and are WEATHER PERMITTING.

W 64th St, Millers Ln, Rose Ct

• Excavation in preparation for topsoil is occurring sporadically.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.
• Watermain lining at the W 64th St / Ashcroft Ln intersection is scheduled for the week of 8/19.

Concord Ave, Ashcroft Ln, W. 63rd St, St. Johns Ave (South of Garrison Ln), Virginia Ln

• Excavation in preparation for topsoil and retaining walls is occurring sporadically.
• Irrigation repairs continue on Concord Ave. Dave’s Irrigation will begin doing irrigation repairs on the remainder of the streets.
• Please continue to park vehicles in driveways to prevent construction interruptions.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

Garrison Ln, Nancy Ln, Wooddale Ave

• Installation of the new water services will continue.
• Storm sewer installation.
• Reclaiming is scheduled for Tuesday, 8/13. Reclaiming is the process of grinding the existing asphalt into a gravel base.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

W. 62nd St, Ashcroft Ave, St. Johns Ave (North of Garrison Ln)

• Temporary water setup in preparation for water main replacement will continue.
• The Contractor will be sending out notifications to coordinate a time to connect homes to temporary water on Friday, 8/9.
• Reclaiming is scheduled for Tuesday, 8/13. Reclaiming is the process of grinding the existing asphalt into a gravel base.
• Installation of the new watermain.

Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We have encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
