Concord Ave, Ashcroft Ln, W. 63rd St, St. Johns Ave (South of Garrison Ln), Virginia Ln, W 64th St, Millers Ln, Rose Ct, Garrison Ln, Nancy Ln, Wooddale Ave

Boulevard excavation and topsoil installation are occurring sporadically.
Sign installation.
Dave’s Irrigation will continue doing irrigation repairs.
Please continue to park vehicles in driveways to prevent construction interruptions.
Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

W. 62nd St, Ashcroft Ave, St. Johns Ave (North of Garrison Ln)

Removal and replacement of poor soils in preparation for curb and gutter continues.
Curb and gutter installation is tentatively scheduled to begin on Thursday, 9/19.
Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

US Internet

US Internet is scheduled to install fiber optic lines in the City right of way beginning the week of 9/16. Completion is expected this fall. Residential internet service likely will not be available until 2025. US Internet contact information can be found on the construction flyer.

Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We have encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
