Concord Ave, Ashcroft Ln, W. 63rd St, St. Johns Ave (South of Garrison Ln), Virginia Ln, W 64th St, Millers Ln, Rose Ct, Garrison Ln, Nancy Ln, Wooddale Ave

Boulevard excavation and topsoil installation are occurring sporadically.
Sign installation continues.
Dave’s Irrigation continues irrigation repairs.
Please continue to park vehicles in driveways to prevent construction interruptions.
Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access.
Sod installation is scheduled to begin early October.

W. 62nd St, Ashcroft Ave, St. Johns Ave (North of Garrison Ln)

Curb and gutter installation continues on 9/23.
The first layer of asphalt paving is tentatively scheduled for 9/27.
Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access.

US Internet

US Internet has begun to install fiber optic lines in the City right of way. Completion is expected this fall. Residential internet service likely will not be available until 2025. US Internet contact information can be found on the construction flyer.

Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We have encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
