Construction Update - 9/6/2024

PLEASE consistently check your front door daily for time sensitive notifications. All updates below are scheduled for the week of 9/9 and are WEATHER PERMITTING.

Concord Ave, Ashcroft Ln, W. 63rd St, St. Johns Ave (South of Garrison Ln), Virginia Ln, W 64th St, Millers Ln, Rose Ct, Garrison Ln, Nancy Ln

• Boulevard excavation and topsoil installation are occurring sporadically.
• Retaining wall installation began.
• Sign installation.
• Dave’s Irrigation will continue doing irrigation repairs throughout the project.
• Please continue to park vehicles in driveways to prevent construction interruptions.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

Wooddale Ave

• Excavation in preparation for sidewalk installation on Wooddale Ave.
• Boulevard excavation and topsoil installation are occurring sporadically.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

W. 62nd St, Ashcroft Ave, St. Johns Ave (North of Garrison Ln)

• Reclaiming of the remaining asphalt on W 62nd St and Ashcroft Ave will take place on Saturday, 9/7. Please have all vehicles off the road before 7:00 am or you may get towed.
• Temporary water is being removed from homes. If you have not contacted Bituminous Roadways, please reach out to Jake Evertz at 651-600-9120 by Monday, 9/9 to avoid interruption.
• Storm sewer installation on St. Johns Ave and Ashcroft Ave.
• Removal and replacement of poor soils in preparation for curb and gutter.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We have encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
