Construction Kickoff

Construction is scheduled to begin on June 21 and the project area will be divided into two phases. Each phase is anticipated to last 10-12 weeks. Phase 1 will include West 55th Street, Ewing Circle, Drew Avenue (south half), Beard Avenue and Beard Court. Phase 2 will include West 54th Street, Drew Avenue (north half), Fuller Street and Abbott Place. Phase 2 is scheduled to begin mid to late July.
