Construction Update 7/23/2021

Phase 1

• Watermain improvements adjacent to France Ave at the intersections W. 55th St and Fuller St are scheduled to occur during the week of 7/26. Please check your front door frequently for time sensitive water shutoff notices.
• Storm sewer installation and water service replacements are scheduled to continue during the week of 7/26. Expect water shutoff and limited access to some roads and driveways for short periods. The contractor will knock on your front door to notify you of the temporary water shutoff and driveway access restrictions.
• Sump drain installation is scheduled to continue later during the week of 7/26
• The watermain system improvements are scheduled to be complete by early August, weather permitting.

Parking restrictions will be in effect for Phase 1. There is No Parking from the hours of 7 AM to 9 PM or until the contractor has noticeably left for the day.
