Construction Update 7/7/2021

Installation of the utilities adjacent to buried communication ducts on Beard Avenue needs extensive coordination between the contractor and CenturyLink / Lumen. This coordination has not been as efficient as anticipated. Therefore, Phase 2 water system work is scheduled to occur earlier than anticipated. Details include:

• Replacing hydrants, valves and water services beginning on 7/8.
• Expect a water shutoff on 7/8 along Fuller Street from 8 AM to 6 PM.
• Expect limited access to some driveways for short periods while the contractor replaces your water service. The contractor will knock on your front door to notify you of the temporary water shutoff and driveway access restrictions.

Parking restrictions will be in effect for Phase 1 and Fuller Street. There is No Parking from the hours of 7 AM to 9 PM or until the contractor has noticeably left for the day.
