A. Discussion Final Task Force Report

Task force members reviewed and discussed a draft of the final task force report focusing conversation on refining task force recommendations for an updated commission scope/charge and possible commission names – specifically focusing on the recommendation portion of the report to ensure each task force member has their perspective reflected. Staff reviewed who will be in attendance for the November 4^th work session conversation with City Council, who will assist in creating a slideshow to coincide with the final task force report and details of the council item report that are not reflected in the final task force report.

The next meeting is the joint commission and council work session on November 4^th to receive the task forces final recommendation.
