Hello and welcome to Better Together Edina. This web page will be the hub for sharing information related to roadway reconstruction scheduled for 2027 on Interlachen Blvd. Important updates will be posted on this web page at various points during final design. Anticipate weekly updates during construction in 2027. Key project milestones include:

  • Nov. 2026 – Final design complete
  • Dec. 2026 – City Council / Public Hearing to consider special assessments and scope of project
  • Mar. 2027 – City Council meeting to consider authorizing construction
  • Apr. 2027 – Construction begins
  • Oct. 2027 – Construction substantial completion
  • Oct. 2028 – City Council approval of final special assessments
