Designers start work on new playground layouts

Thank you to everyone who submitted information in our first survey. Staff is working with consultants and playground designers to take this information and create a wonderful new playground structure for Kojetin Park. The new playground will feature items identified in the survey as well as playground standards for safety and accessibility identified by staff. Once designs are completed we will present them to the community in a second survey. This second survey will include voting on your favorite design and colors that will determine staff's recommendation for purchase to City Council. The playground will be installed in the spring of 2026.
