Update

We got word the paving subcontractor had an opening for Saturday 8am 10/21. We have approved a working hours exemption to start paving work at 8am tomorrow.

10/23 Edit; We're working to get barriers between the road and the remaining excavation on site and will open the road as soon as it can be safely done.
