Update

72nd and Cornelia is open: This intersection is being completed for the pedestrian safety project. Pavement is planned for Friday or Saturday this week.

72nd, Oaklawn and Claremore is closed to traffic and will be opened to pedestrians this week to prepare the the neighborhood Halloween Parade event this Sunday. This intersection is paved but there is a large hole just off the pavement on the site that is currently blocked with a variety of dewatering pipes that are supporting the deep pipe work on site. (pictured) We hope to open this intersection to traffic again around 11/3

This week on site there will be continued deep pipe installation work. Next week will include electrical transformer installation and shallow site pipework, and the beginning of the above grade structure if the weather cooperates.
