Update

Startup week is going well, and the end of construction is near. Here are the remaining steps and approximate times:

1. April - Startup of new station, connection of new pipes, demolition of old station starts
2. May - Demolition of old station finishes, final grading starts
3. June - Final grading finishes, driveway, sidewalk preparation, paving starts,
4. July - Paving and sidewalk finishes, final seed and landscaping

We're coordinating with a separate contractor for the related pedestrian connections and intersection improvements. We'll update with more details for those improvements when they are better known.
