Update

Its been a busy week building lift station 6, in these photos you see:

Iron workers forming up the reinforcing steel for the next pour,

concrete trucks pouring into a pump truck while engineers take sample material for testing,

and laborers pouring the second caisson section

Today the site is quiet, as we wait for the concrete to cure. The earlier pour has cured for 1 month and is already beyond it's design strength of 5000 pounds per square inch (psi), most is even over 7000psi. As the new section comes up to strength we'll start sinking the caisson again before getting ready for the next pour.
