Small Area Plan Process Underway

The Lincoln and Londonderry Small Area Plan process is getting underway. On March 27, the Planning Commission appointed six additional members to the working group to serve alongside the three co-chairs from the Planning Commission (Commissioners Miranda, Daye and Felt). The six new members are Nancy Spannaus, Steve Brown, Jignasha Pandya, Coryn Griffeth, Jim Diley and Russ Rubin. Additionally, on April 2, the City Council approved a contract with Mend Collaborative to serve as the consultant for the small area plan. The working group, consultant team and city staff will meet regularly over the next ten months to study the area and carry out a public engagement process to inform the plan. Ways for the public to get involved and contribute ideas are expected to be announced soon.
