Construction Update 9/16/2021

Phase 2:

• Seeding and hydromulching is nearly complete. Turf restoration will occur at all properties following irrigation system repair completion.
• Concrete driveway installation is expected to be complete on 9/18.

Phase 3:

• The storm sewer installation completion date has been extended to 9/21.
• The street excavation completion date has been extended to 9/23.
• Concrete curb and gutter installation will follow street excavation and is scheduled to continue the week of 9/20.
• After the curb is installed, crews will begin grading the boulevards for topsoil placement.
• The first lift of asphalt is scheduled for the week of 9/27.

Phase 4:

• Sidewalk excavation is now anticipated to begin on 9/27, with concrete work to follow soon after.
• The sump line installation is complete throughout the phase. Storm sewer installation is expected to be completed the week of 9/20.

Phase 5:

• At the request of the USPS, your mail will be delivered and can be picked up at a temporary mailbox bank at the intersection of Grove St and Hansen Rd. If you have any questions related to mail service, please contact the USPS at 952-835-1150.
• The contractor began pavement, curb, and driveway removals on 9/13.
• Centerpoint Energy’s contractor will be complete with their gas main work on 9/17.
• Watermain work is now expected to begin the week of 9/20. Please check your front door daily for time sensitive notices, as temporary water shutoffs will occur.
