Construction Update 9/30/2021

Phase 2:

• Brick/Paver replacement work is scheduled to begin the week of 10/4.

Phase 3:

• The storm sewer installation and street excavation has been completed throughout the phase.
• Concrete curb and gutter installation will begin on 10/1 (weather permitting) for W 57th St, Code Ave, and a portion of Melody Lake Dr. Check your front door for time sensitive notices.
• After the curb is installed, crews will begin grading the boulevards for topsoil placement.
• Topsoil placement is scheduled to begin the week of 10/4 on Dale Ave and Bernard Pl with remaining streets to follow.
• The first lift of asphalt on Dale Ave and Bernard Pl is scheduled for Saturday, 10/2.

Phase 4:

• Sidewalk excavation is scheduled to begin the week of 10/4, with concrete work to follow after.
• The storm sewer installation is complete.
• Street excavation will be completed in the phase on 9/30.

Phase 5:

• The new watermain installation is in progress and is expected to be complete by the end of the day 10/1.
• On 10/1, crews will begin installing new water services. The water service installations are anticipated to last through the week of 10/4. Please check your front door daily for time sensitive notifications, as you will likely lose access to your driveway for a day during this work.
