City Departments (Planning, Building, Engineering, etc.) review the variance applications and prepare memos that are included in the Planning Commission packets.
Public Hearing Notices Sent Out

Public Hearing notices are sent out to property owners within 200 feet of the subject property. The notices are mailed out 10 days prior to the Public Hearing at the Planning Commission meeting.

Better Together Comments "Close"
