4404 Valley View Rd. Sketch Plan
Submittal has been made for the Planning Commission and City Council to consider a sketch plan request to redevelop 4404 Valley View Road. This site was part of the Edina Flats project, and was to have a two-story, four (4) unit condo built on it. The site received a conditional use for multifamily residential use, and several variances for its construction. The applicant is proposing to develop the site with four (4) row houses. The site would include two, two-story, two-unit structures. This request would require a revised site plan and variances for setbacks if a formal application is made.
This sketch plan will be considered by the Planning Commission on March 9, 2022 and the City Council on March 22, 2022.
