4620 77th St. Sketch Plan

Solhem Companies would like to redevelop 4620 77^th Street West, which is part of the Pentagon Park office development. The sketch plan proposal is to tear down one of the existing office buildings on the site and construct a 7 story, 276-unit apartment. Ten percent of the units would be for affordable housing. One of the main features of the plan is the provision of new entrance to Fred Richards Park, located on the east side of the existing office building that would remain on the site.

This sketch plan will be considered by the Planning Commission on February 9, 2022 and the City Council on February 15, 2022.
