5201 Grandview Lane Sketch Plan
Donnay Homes is proposing to tear down the existing duplex at 5201 Grandview Lane to construct a 3-unit townhome. The request would require a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to re-guide the site from LDA – Low Density Attached Residential to MDR – Medium Density Residential; Rezoning from R2, Double Dwelling Unit District to PRD-3, Planned Residential District; and front and rear yard setback variances for the structure.
This sketch plan will be considered by the Planning Commission on December 14, 2022 and by the City Council on January 3, 2023 continued to January 17, 2023.
