7300 Metro Blvd. Dental Clinic Sketch Plan
DJR Architects on behalf of the property owner, Hemple Properties have submitted a sketch plan proposal build a new 6,600 square foot dental office in the parking lot of 7300 Metro Boulevard. The existing site contains a 116,000 square foot office building that is served by a surface parking lot.
This sketch plan will be considered by the Planning Commission on December 13, 2023 and by the City Council on December 19, 2023.
