7600 France Avenue

A sketch plan proposal to subdivide 7600 France Avenue into four (4) lots and build three new financial institutions with drive-throughs, each one 5,000 square feet in size. The Owner would create a cross-parking and access easement benefitting all four parcels on the Property. The existing office building would remain.

The subject property is seven (7) acres in size and contains a five-story office building, 131,500 square feet in size. The building is served by a surface parking lot. The property is zoned POD-1, Planned Office District; the proposed uses are allowed within the district.

To accommodate this request, the following would be required:

• Subdivision. To establish the three additional lots.
• Site Plan Review.
