Tree and shrub planting canceled

We've canceled the 2024 tree and shrub planting portion of the project due to the street reconstruction planned along Wooddale Avenue to occur this year. It's difficult to determine how much of the right-of-way will be impacted by the roadway work and it doesn't make sense to plant trees that could be damaged or would need to be moved. We could consider tree and shrub planting again once the road reconstruction work is complete.

Plug planting along the path, not adjacent to roadway work, is planned for this spring.
