Black & Veatch, on behalf of Target and Electrify America, requests a variance to place a 750 KVA Utility Transformer within the front setback at Target’s location at 7000 York Ave S, Edina, MN 55435. EA leases space in the parking lot where EA intends to install six (6) 350kw electric vehicle dispensers. Electrify America will own and maintain all EV equipment and infrastructure including the dispensers, conduit, power units and switchboard assembly. Xcel Energy will retain ownership of the newly installed utility transformer and they will be responsible for its maintenance.
