Both variances were approved (8-0) at the Planning Commission on November 16, 2022.
The two variance requests are for 15-foot lot width variances for two separate lots, 3517 & 3601 55th St West. The lot widths of the two existing lots are 60-feet wide and city code requires 75-foot wide lots. The homes submitted with the applications and shown on the plans for each lot are code compliant.
