4004 Grimes Front and Side Yard Setback Variances

The request is for a 4.8-foot front yard setback variance from the 34.8-foot requirement to allow a 30-foot front yard setback for a garage addition Instead of the required 34.75 ft. A 2.7-foot south side yard setback variance from the 9-foot requirement to allow a 6.3-foot side setback for a 2^nd story addition above the south portion of the house. The proposed additions meet the other requirements of Section 36-438 of the zoning code.
