4201 50th St. W., Conditional Use Permit with Variances

Due to a statewide caucus, the February 3rd City Council meeting has been moved to Wednesday, February 4th. This item will be on the February 4th Council agenda.

Mis Amigos has requested a conditional use permit to continue operating a church and a licensed early childhood education center at 4201 W 50^th Street. The application also requires a parking stall variance and a lot area variance to allow church on a lot that is less than 3 acres and a day care on a lot that is less than 2 acres. Mis Amigos Spanish Immersion preschool (ages 0-5) would operate Monday-Friday and sanctuary space would be leased to a church user on Sundays.

The applicant is not proposing any exterior changes to the building or parking areas.
