This variance was approved at the June 9, 2021 Planning Commission meeting 7-2 (Agnew and Bartling Nay).
Paul Abdo, the applicant, has submitted a variance application for a 17.6-foot front yard setback variance to allow a 21.8-foot front yard setback and a 10-foot rear yard setback variance to allow a 25-foot rear yard setback for a new double dwelling unit at 4241 Valley View Road. The subject property is zoned R-2, Double Dwelling Unit district. There is not a double dwelling unit currently on the subject property, but there is an existing storage building. The proposed double dwelling unit will have access off of Valley View Road.
